    GoHomeMarket.com creates and maintains a high profile Web presence for real estate relocation specialists and then attracts and directs a huge audience of potential customers to it. We are a rapidly expanding real estate referral website with new real estate professionals joining every day.

    GoHomeMarket.com markets and promotes one real estate agent/broker per town/city. Territories are identified by the name of the town or city (e.g. Detroit, Michigan). Once a town or city is taken, it can be retained by that real estate agent/broker indefinitely. There is no limit on the number of territories that can be owned by a single real estate agent/broker in our system.

    We offer residential real estate agents the ability to increase their online exposure and expand their business. By giving them a powerful internet marketing presence with no fear of territory toe stepping, realtors can comfortably promote, market and take ownership of the network without worrying about a competitor finding out about it and piggy-backing on their success.

    There can only be one.

    Each city/town is linked to one real estate professionals profile. That profile is "keyword" optimized for that specific area. You (and other agents) can provide information on additional areas you may service in your comments and these areas may overlap, but only one real estate professional is linked from a city from the state/province page and the GoHomeMarket.com site.

  3. How will I benefit from being a member?

    We want to help you expose your services and your listings in the most efficient way possible. Unlike many of the "real estate directories" we don't want to frustrate and discourage "home buyers" and "home sellers" from getting the information they require. We provide them with all of the information they need to contact you by providing your phone number, e-mail, address, interactive home buying profile, online home value request form and a direct link to your personal webpage to view local homes for sale. We do not feel it is necessary to come between you and your potential clients to justify our existence.

    You Are In Control - Manage Your Details From Your Members Area!

    You can change your profile information as often as you like. Simply login to the member area with the username and password.

    You can manage all of your personal details, upload your photo and company logo, include your real estate designations, modify your personal greeting and add additional quick links (local web pages that buyers and sellers may find helpful), add property listings with open house details, add your service providers and affiliates all from your secure members area.

  6. How do you promote my profile and the site?

    We take a multi-faceted approach to promoting and exposing the site.

    i) Each "realtor profile" is manually "keyword" optimized for their "exclusive" service area and submitted to search engines. GoHoHomeMarket.com provides a variety of real estate related information pages which are also "keyword" optimized to attract home buyers/sellers in the process of researching real estate related topics.

    ii) GoHomeMarket.com invests in "adwords" on Google, Yahoo and other major search engines as well as banner advertising on real estate related sites, link partners, cross promotion etc.

    iii) We are continually looking for and taking advantage of emerging online promotional opportunities.
